Admission Procedure

Admission to M.M.S. course is based on minimum eligibility criteria and a written aptitude test conducted by AICTE or DTE, Maharashtra. Thereafter a student has to go through Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE (Maharashtra) for allocation of seat in the institute.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility is a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university (those appearing in final semester examination are eligible), with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).

A student ought to appear for either CMAT conducted by AICTE or cat conducted by IIM or MH-CET conducted by DTE Maharashtra for a seat to be allotted through CAP round. DTE at its sole discretion may allow other tests such as ATMA in future.

It is necessary for a student seeking admission in the institute to go through the procedure of registration at facilitation centre and get documents varified. Thereafter the student needs to participate in CAP roundS and get seat allocated. MSIBM renders all help at every stage to ensure that your registration to admission process is handled smoothly.

Once the seat is allocated to a student in CAP round he/she has to complete final admission formalities by depositing fees and documents. For non-cap students the procedure will be done at the institute.

The fees for the institutes is governed and fixed by Shikshan Sulka Samiti. MSIBM follows the approved fees structure.

Note:

  1. The details of the fees applicable for various categories and other applicable charges are available from the office.
  2. As per rules, category fees benefit can be given only to those students who are eligible for it as per rules of the government, DTE and Samaj Kalyan Department.
